Rental conditions:
After your written booking confirmation via email we will reserve the apartment for you.
According to the permanent jurisdiction, the guest is obliged to pay the rent less the expenses saved for electricity, water, heating and cleaning if the rented or reserved rooms are not used according to $537 of the German Civil Code. That's 80% of the rent.
You have to pay the price for each week in advance.
